Michele Dappert is a passionate activist who has been deeply involved in local community issues, ever since she was speaking at the Talbot County Council as a high-school student in Easton. She is a policy expert who is focused on bringing a new long-term vision of inclusion, economic justice and a new perspective to the County Council. She understands: this election is about all of us.
